Postponed -- the 1st International Conference of the Journal of Information Systems (JIS)
Dear all,
Thank you again for being willing to be on the scientific committee and help us promote the 1st International Conference of the Journal of Information Systems (JIS) in Taiwan
Due to the concern of COVID-19 and the potential travel constraints this coming Fall, we have decided to postpone the conference to March 2021 and change the corresponding deadlines (please see the attached updated CFP). The AAA is still trying to announce it through their newsletters but there may be a delay as there are too many things going on with them. Please help us distribute it through your network and encourage your colleagues and friends to submit their work.

1st International Conference of the Journal of Information Systems
This special issue conference is aimed to encourage accounting information systems (AIS) researchers around the world, especially outside the US, to submit their original academic papers to the Journal of Information Systems (JIS). More importantly, this special issue would like to highlight the unique institutional contexts in different countries and regions that can further our understanding in accounting information systems research.
The Journal of Information Systems is the academic journal of the Accounting Information Systems (AIS) Section of the American Accounting Association (AAA). Its goal is to support, promote, and advance accounting information systems knowledge. The primary criterion for publication in JIS is contribution to the accounting information systems (AIS), accounting and auditing domains by the application or understanding of information technology theory and practice.
